Ordering & pickup
Can anyone order from Saporeux?
Yes, anyone can place an order online. But pickup is inside the Pentagon, which isn't open to the public, so you'll need a Pentagon building pass or an approved visit to collect your order.
I don't have Pentagon access. Can I still get food?
We can't hand off orders outside the building. If a colleague inside has access, they're welcome to pick up for you. Planning an event somewhere else? Our off-site catering is offered with Saporeux Catering & Events.
Where do I pick up my order?
The Saporeux counter, inside the Pentagon. Your order will be bagged and waiting under your name.
How do I order ahead?
Tap “Order ahead” anywhere on this site to order and pay online through Toast, then pick up when your order is ready.
Is there anywhere to sit?
We're grab-and-go. Everything is packed to travel back to your desk, your meeting or wherever your day takes you.
How do I pay?
Pay online through Toast when you order ahead, or in person at the counter.
Catering
Do you cater meetings and events?
Yes. We cater on-site anywhere in the Pentagon, from working lunches to celebrations, and off-site events in partnership with Saporeux Catering & Events.
How does the catering menu work?
Build your menu in the catering inquiry: appetizers, 2 proteins, 2 carbs and 2 veggies, plus fruit or dessert and drinks. Tell us your headcount and we'll send a quote. Our full catering menu is coming soon.
How much notice do you need?
At least 2 days. Requests sent before 2 PM Eastern can be for an event 2 days later; after 2 PM, the earliest is 3 days out. For large events, the earlier the better.
